Kris was our general contractor for an 8 month major project to remodel our 1908 house.  He impressed us from the beginning with his detailed bid which was very close to the final cost. Through the whole project he communicated with us on a regular basis and was always available to answer questions. We really enjoyed getting to know his crew who were conscientious and skilled. In the end, we absolutely love our home and have no regrets. We would highly recommend Kris to anyone needing a contractor!

    Phyllis and I wish to send accolades to you and your team. Eric was great! He responded to my every call and scheduled work in a timely and professional manner. You are fortunate to have him on your team.  Steven did our paint work and put the ceiling access door in place. He did a great job, was careful, conscientious, and courteous. We are very satisfied with the work. We have had a couple of windy rains since the repair and it appears the leak is fixed. After nearly seven years of attempting to seal the siding, flashing, and ridge vent; having numerous contractors come and either make recommendations or attempt a repair, you are the first to go quickly to the cause and make the needed repair.
